Lee Ray Cotton, 68, of Cahokia, Ill., died Monday, December 25, 2006, at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Belleville, Ill.
Born May 29, 1938, at Gideon, Mo., he was a son of the late Albert Lee and Ruth Shafer Cotton.
On August 22, 1959, at St. Louis, he married Mary Ann Cox who survives.
Other survivors include three sons, Edward Cotton, Michael Cotton, Dale Cotton and wife, Billie, all of Cahokia, one daughter, Michele Watts and husband, William, of St. Louis; two brothers, William Cotton and wife, Sue, of Columbia, Ill., and Ronnie Cotton and wife Judy, of Gideon, Mo., one sister-in-law, Gloria Cotton of Maryland Heights, Mo., and three grandchildren, Nicholas Cotton of Cahokia, Ill., Ava Watts and Lillian Watts, both of St. Louis.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, Delbert Cotton and Wayne Cotton.
Visitation will be 5 p.m. today, Wednesday, December 27, at Bradshaw Funeral Home in Malden, Mo.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Thursday, December 28, at the Bradshaw Chapel with the Rev. Paul Martin officiating.
Burial will be in Stanfield Cemetery at Clarkton, Mo.
