Noel Wayne Schaffer, Jr.

Noel Wayne Schaffer, Jr., 54, of Malden, Mo., died Tuesday, Dec. 12, 2006, at Twin Rivers Regional Medical Center in Kennett.

Born Dec. 7, 1952, in Malden, son of the late Noel Wayne and Helen Lee Riggs Schaffer, he was a music teacher and evangelist. He was a member of the Spoonerville Baptist Church.

On March 1, 1986, in Gideon, Mo., he married Regina Lynn DeWeese, who survives of the home.

Survivors also include one daughter, Jillian Leighann Schaffer, of Malden; one son, Zachary Levi Schaffer, of Malden and one sister, Janis Bates, of Malden.

Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., today, Thursday, Dec. 14, at the Landess Funeral Home of Malden.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Friday, Dec. 16, at the Landess Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Richard Blagg officiating.

Burial will follow in the Rosewood Cemetery First Addition at Malden.
