Fannie DePriest

Fannie Mae DePriest, 95, of Steele, Mo., died Wednesday, Dec. 6, 2006, at her residence.

Born Oct. 1, 1911, in Oxford, Miss., daughter of the late Ernest and Cora Keel Littlejohn, she was a homemaker and a member of the First Baptist Church in Steele.

Survivors include one daughter, Erma Jane DePriest, of Steele; three sons, Delbert DePriest and wife, Benny and Louis DePriest and wife, Emma Jean, all of Steele and Randall DePriest and wife, Judy, of Pharr, Texas; three grandchildren, Beth Krueger, of Jakarta, Indonesia, Raymond DePriest, of Steele and Richard DePriest, of Gosnell, Ark., and five great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank DePriest; five sisters, Myrtle Oaks, Mable Estes, Lavelle Smith, Louise Brewer and Byrdie Tate and four brothers, Earl, Ernest "Bill" Jr., Charles and Linburn Littlejohn.

Visitation will be from 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m., Friday, Dec. 8, at the Cobb Funeral Home in Blytheville, Ark.

Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m., Friday, Dec. 8, at the Cobb Funeral Home Chapel.

Burial will follow in the Mt. Zion Cemetery at Steele.
