David Lee Tyler Mitchell, 4 1/2 months, died Saturday, Dec. 2, 2006, at Twin Rivers Regional Medical Center in Kennett.

Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., today, Tuesday, Dec. 5, at the Bradshaw Funeral Home in Kennett.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m., Wednesday, Dec. 6, at the Bradshaw Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Rick Williams officiating.

Burial will follow in the Memorial Gardens Cemetery at Kennett.
