Dr. Milton L. Tate, died Sunday, Dec. 3, 2006, at Baptist East Hospital in Memphis, Tenn.

Survivors include his wife, Natalie Rosenfeld Tate; three daughters, Sara Jo Goldstein and husband, Scott, Linda Sims and husband, Curtis and Deborah Welsh and husband, Russell and two grandchildren, Jacob and Michelle Goldstein.

Private family graveside services will be held Wednesday, Dec. 5, at Mt. Carmel Cemetery in Kansas City.

There will be a celebration of his life at 4 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 9, at the First United Methodist Church in Kennett.

Memorial contributions in memory of Milton L.
