Carl Franklin Lyell, 42, of Hayti, Mo., died Thursday, Nov. 23, 2006, at Hayti.
Born April 2, 1964, in Hayti, son of Linda Gunnells Davis and the late Billy Lyell, he attended the Bush Apostolic Church at Hayward, Mo.
Survivors include one son, Tyler James Durbin, of Portageville, Mo.; his parents, Linda and Steve Davis, of Hayti; three brothers, Paul Lyell, of Bald Knob, Ark., and Steve Davis, Jr., and Terry Dean Davis, both of Hayti; one sister, Melissa Holt, of Hayti and one step-brother, Gary Creasy, of Pascola, Mo.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m., Sunday, Nov. 26, at the Bush Apostolic Church in Hayward with the Rev. Dwayne Roberts officiating.
Burial was in the Woodlawn Cemetery at Hayti.
Pallbearers were Thomas Gunnells, Jr., Terry Long, Jarrod Spicer, David and Tommy Burkeen and Larry Morgan, Jr.
John W. German Funeral Home in Hayti was in charge of arrangements.
