James Payne, 70, of Holcomb, Mo., died Monday, Nov. 13, 2006, at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center in Poplar Bluff, Mo.

Funeral arrangements are incomplete with the Bradshaw Funeral Home in Kennett.
