Robin Rhodes, 83, of Kennett, Mo., died Thursday, Oct. 26, 2006, at Kennett.
Born August, 18, 1923, at Manila, Ark., son of the late John and Mary Lee Lingo Rhodes, he was a U.S. Army veteran, having served in WWII.
On September 15, 1948, he married Geraldine Ivy, who survives the home.
Other survivors include two sons, Dennis Cook, and wife, Janet, of Enola, Ark., and Scott Rhodes, and wife, Tawanna, of Sherwood, Ark.; one daughter, Robin Bigham, and husband, Harold, of Owensboro, Kty.; one brother, Guy Rhodes, of Calif.; one sister, Gladys James, of Hayti, Mo.; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Visitation was from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m., Friday, Oct. 27, 2006, at the McDaniel Funeral Chapel at Kennett.
The funeral service were held at 1 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 28, 2006, at the McDaniel Funeral Chapel with Rev. Bobby Ivy officiating.
Burial followed at the McGrew Cemetery at Senath.
Pallbearers were Will Fagan, Hershel Tucker, Harold Bigham, and Scott, Dennis, and Bobby Rhodes.
