Jimmy Paul Potts

Jimmy Paul Potts, 56, of Caruthersville, Mo., died Wednesday, Oct. 25, 2006, at the Pemiscot Memorial Hospital at Hayti, Mo.

Born May 17, 1950, at Brilliant, Ala., he was the son of the late Rawligh and Kattie Flanngan Potts. He was a truck driver.

Survivors include two daughters, Melissa Haley and Shona Potts of Sikeston, Mo.; two sisters, Carolyn Dodd of Caruthersville, and Barbara Shott of Guin, Ala.; one brother, Johnny Potts of Lisbon, Ohio; and seven grandchildren.

Visitation was from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 27, 2006, at the Bradshaw Funeral Home at Hayti, Mo.

The funeral service was at 2 p.m. today at the Bradshaw Funeral Home at Hayti, with Jim Pilcher officiating.

Burial followed at the Woodlawn Cemetery at Hayti.
