Stephan Wayne Henry, 57, of Lawrenceville, Ga., formerly of Kennett, died Friday, Oct. 6, 2006, at Gwinnett Medical Center in Lawrenceville.

Born Oct. 27, 1948, in Gideon, Mo., son of Winford Wayne Henry and the late Martha Mae Bridges Henry, he was a U.S. Navy veteran, having served in the Vietnam Era. He was a minister and a member of the Hopewell Missionary Baptist Church in Norcross, Ga.

On Jan. 18, 1980, in Kennett, he married Regina Sharon Roberts, who survives.

Survivors also include one daughter, Stephanie Switzer and husband, Rick, of Branson, Mo.; one son, Steven Richard Brown and wife, Nora, of Blytheville, Ark.; his father, Winford Henry and wife, Bernice, of Jonesboro, Ark.; one sister, Kathy Henry, of Jonesboro; one step-brother, Larry Jones and wife, Betty, of Jonesboro and one granddaughter, Eden Switzer, of Branson.

Visitation will begin at 6 p.m., today, Wednesday, Oct. 11, at the Bradshaw Funeral Home in Kennett.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m., Thursday, Oct. 12, at the Bradshaw Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Doug Welborn and Jim Roberts officiating.

Burial with military honors will follow in the Memorial Gardens Cemetery at Kennett
