Phillip Talley, 28, of Cape Girardeau, Mo., died Friday, Oct. 6, 2006, at his residence.
Born Nov. 6, 1977, in Dexter, Mo., son of Lou and Joy Case Talley, he was employed by St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau and a member of the First Baptist Church in Risco, Mo., and a guest member of the Malden VFW.
On Dec. 9, 2000, in Risco, Mo., he married Dana Monique Lancaster, who survives.
Survivors also include one daughter, Jessica Talley, of Essex, Mo.; his parents, Lou and Joy Talley, of Malden, Mo.; one brother, Gary Talley and wife, Rose, of Palm Dale, Calif., and four sisters, Sharon and Sandra Talley, both of St. Louis, Mo., Tammy Uthoff, of Campbell, Mo., and Barbara Kern and husband, Paul, of Asheville, N.C.
He was preceded in death by one sister, Shelley Talley.
Funeral services were held at 10:30 a.m., Monday, Oct. 9, at the Bradshaw Funeral Home Chapel in Malden with the Revs. Gene Lancaster and Wes Wright officiating.
Burial was in the Rosewood Cemetery at Malden.
