Lonnie Cleo Wallace, 58, of Hayti, Mo., died Tuesday, Oct. 3, 2006, at the VA Hospital.

Born July 22, 1948, in Kennett, son of Lena Mae Stafford and the late Raymond Wallace, he was a U.S. Army veteran and a farmer.

On Jan. 27, 1971, in Caruthersville, Mo., he married Mary Brazier, who survives.

Survivors also include one daughter, Heidi Renee Langston, of Franklin, Tenn.; one brother, Jerry Wallace, of Hayti; his mother, Lena Mae Wallace, of Hayti; one granddaughter, Kali Abagail Wallace Langston, of Franklin and one grandson, Tristan Ray Wallace Langston, of Hayti.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m., today, Thursday, Oct. 5, at the Bradshaw Funeral Home Chapel in Hayti with the Rev. Paul Quinn officiating.

Burial was in the Dry Bayou Cemetery at Hayti.

Pallbearers were Danny Stevens, Billy Quinn, Steve McClendon, B.A. Cross, Mike Brazier and Jerry Wallace.

Memorials may be made to the Church of Jesus Christ in Hayti.
