Helen L. Bullington, 70, of Caruthersville, Mo., died Saturday, Sept. 30, 2006, in Caruthersville.

Born July 8, 1936, in Caruthersville, daughter of the late Raymond and Lexie Blan Horn, she attended Caruthersville School and was a member of the First Baptist Church in Caruthersville.

On Dec. 7, 1956, in Caruthersville, she married Earl L. Bullington, who survives.

Survivors also include two daughters, Karen Smith, of Caruthersville and Ann Hopkins, of Jackson, Tenn.; one son, Dennis Bullington, of Caruthersville and five grandchildren, Hunter Hopkins, of Jackson, Justin and Jonathon Bullington, both of Fenton, Mo., and Tyler and Jessica Bullington, both of Caruthersville.

Funeral services were held at 10 a.m., Tuesday, Oct. 3, at the First Baptist Church in Caruthersville with the Rev. Dr. James Adams and Rev. Ira Singleton officiating

Pallbearers were Eugene DePriest, Fred Boyd, Charles Moss, Billy McCullouch, James Long and Lavanda White.

H.S. Smith Funeral Home of Caruthersville was in charge of arrangements.
