Andrea Makayla Dawn Barker, one month, of Collinsville, Ill., died Monday, Sept. 18, 2006, at Oliver C. Anderson Hospital in Marysville, Ill.

Born Aug. 16, 2006, at St. Louis, Mo., she was the daughter of Gary Dale Barker, Jr., and Tina Rae Davidson Barker.

Survivors include her mother, Tina Rae Barker, of Collinsville; her father, Gary Dale Barker, Jr., of Collinsville; four brothers, Joshua, Jacob, Jeremiah and James Cook; two sisters, Danyelle Barker and Miranda Cook; grandparents, Wilma Davidson, of Kennett and Gary and Vivian Barker, of Collinsville and great-grandparents, William and Lorraine Hicks and Wanda Barker, all of Arkansas.

She was preceded in death by a grandfather, James C. Davidson.

Funeral services were held at 10:30 a.m., today, Thursday, Sept. 21, at the McDaniel Funeral Home Chapel in Kennett with the Rev. James Lemonds officiating.

Burial was in the Memorial Gardens Cemetery at Kennett.
