Louis Henry Williams, 70, of Parma, Mo., died Sunday, Sept. 10, 2006, at Poplar Bluff Regional medical Center in Poplar Bluff, Mo.

Born Dec. 12, 1935, in Risco, Mo., son of the late Elmer Shorty and Mary Helen McCarver Williams, he was a U.S. veteran, and a carpenter. He was a member of the First Christian Church in Malden, American legion Post No.293 and the VFW of Malden.

On Dec. 28, 1979, in Malden, he married Norma Collier, who survives.

Survivors also include one daughter, Leigh Ann Boyle and husband, Terence, of Malden; two step-daughters, Jo Carol Chesher, of Oklahoma City, Okla., and Reba Duck, of Bernie, Mo.; two step-sons, Ricky Duck, of Sullivan, Mo., and Ronnie Duck, of Cheyenne, Wyo.; one brother, Connie Williams and wife, Rose, of Tennessee; one sister, Mary Ruth Hankins and husband, Kermit, of Tennessee; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; nine step-grandchildren and nine great-step-grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., today, Tuesday, Sept. 12, at the Landess Funeral Home in Malden.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Wednesday, Sept. 13, at the Landess Funeral Home Chapel with Dan Hargrave officiating.

Burial will follow in the Rosewood First Addition Cemetery at Malden.
