Patricia Dean McMahon, 63, of Fredericktown, Mo., formerly of Clarkton, Mo., died Monday, Aug. 28, 2006, at her residence.
Born Oct. 14, 1942, in Kosciusko, Miss., daughter of Dean Hudgins and the late Virgil Spears, she was a 1961 graduate of Clarkton High School and of the Presbyterian faith.
On June 15, 1962, in Clarkton, she married David McMahon, who survives.
Survivors also include four sons, Ken McMahon and wife, Jennifer, of Dublin, Ohio, Kevin McMahon, Pearl, Miss., Keith McMahon, of Cape Girardeau, Mo., and Kerry McMahon and wife, Terri, of Yukon, Okla.; her mother, Dean Hudgins; five brothers, Mickey Spears, Randy Spears and wife, Carol and Keith Spears, all of Kosciusko, Ronnie Spears and wife, Brenda, of Auburndale, Fla., and Tim Spears, of Houston, Texas; two sisters, Linda Kuykendall and husband, Luther, of Pascagoula, Miss., and Sandy Slade and husband, David, of Wetumpka, Ala., and four grandchildren, Shane, Brian, Lexi and Emma McMahon.
She was preceded in death by one brother, Eddie Ray Spears.
Funeral services were held Thursday, Aug. 31, at the Follis and Sons Funeral Home in Fredericktown with Dr. Don McMahon officiating.
Burial was in the Cape County Memorial Park Cemetery at Cape Girardeau.
Pallbearers were Lonny Sheldon, Kevin Dunn, Garland Hamilton, Paul Harris, Don Huff and Willie Oberman.
Honorary pallbearers were Perry Kegley, Steve Fraser, George McKenney, Doug Gaines, Kelly Burlison, Roger Stricker, Charles Chambers and Don Myers.
