Della Mae Tabor-Risner, 77, of New Boston, Mich., formerly of Hayti, Mo., died Wednesday, Aug. 30, 2006, at New Boston.
Born Feb. 18, 1929, in Zalma, Mo., daughter of the late Noah and Dellie Levingston Street, she operated a restaurant and a day care and was a member of the Hayti Pentecostal Holiness Church.
She was preceded in death by her husbands Franklin Risner and Tom Tabor and one brother, Lorne Street.
Survivors include two sons, Larry O'Kelley and wife, Margaret, of Romulus, Mich., and Gary O'Kelley and wife, Ellen, of Overland Park, Kan.; one brother, George Street, of Kansas; three sisters, Gladys Williams, of California, Pearl Tackeberry, of Kennett and Marie Hunt, of Indianapolis, Ind.; four step-sons, Bob Tabor, of Hayti and David, Larry and Dennis Risner and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at 2:30 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 2, at the John W. German Funeral Home Chapel in Hayti with the Rev. John Keel officiating.
Burial was in the Memorial Gardens Cemetery at Kennett.
Pallbearers were Gary, Larry and Ben O'Kelley, Bob and Brian Tabor and Brandon Smith.
