Emma Kjar

Gina and James "Jim" Kjar of Warsaw, Mo., announce the birth of their daughter, Emma Elizabeth Kjar, born Aug. 9, 2006, at Boone Hospital Center.

She weighed 8 pounds and 7 ounces.

She is the granddaughter of Lynn and Wanda Stampley of Kennett, Jim and Jane Guthrie of Allum Bank, Pa., and Owen and Sharon Kjar of Buffalo, Mo. and the great-granddaughter of Estelle Beacham of Kennett and Irene Bennett and Lois Kjar both of Buffalo.
