Born Feb. 10, 1955, in Arbyrd, Mo., she was the daughter of the late Thomas Steven and Emma L. Helms Vance.
On Sept. 5, 1983, in Monette, Ark., she married Terry Davis, who survives.
Survivors also include three sons, Clifford Davis and wife, Robin, of Arbyrd, Jimmie Davis, of Kennett and Dean Scoggins and wife, Jo, of Paragould, Ark.; two brothers, Virgil Lee Buttrum, of Denver, Colo., and Mack Vance, of Paragould; three sisters, Sue Mullican, of Amarillo, Texas, Wanda Holder, of Batesville, Ark., and Beth Jones, of Kennett; nine grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, Bill and Steve Vance and three sisters, Diane Mabra, Martha White and Lourene Winters.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m., Monday, July 31, at the McDaniel Funeral Home Chapel in Kennett with the Rev. Nathan Primm officiating.
Burial was in the Lulu Cemetery at Senath, Mo.
Pallbearers were Clifford Davis, Jimmie Davis, Dean Scoggins, Anthony Scoggins, Jeffery Scoggins and Jim Raspberry.
Honorary pallbearers were Kerman Anderson, Wayne Whitaker and Charlie Lasswell.
