Billie Gulledge

Billie Virginia Gulledge, 72, of Malden, Mo., died Friday July 28, 2006, at Missouri Southern Healthcare in Dexter, Mo.

Born Jan. 6, 1934, in Arkansas, daughter of the late Lee Holyfield and Ila Bizzell Fiesler, she was a homemaker and a factory worker. She was of the Assembly of God faith.

On Nov. 30, 1953, in Mississippi, she married Arvel Gulledge, who survives.

Survivors also include two daughters, Debra Esterline and husband, Ray, of Dixon, Mo., and Joanie Campbell and husband, Brent, of Wildwood, Mo.; one step-son, Robert Gulledge and wife, Trish, of Chesterfield, Mo.; two brothers, Bobby Holyfield and wife, Judy, and Doyle Holyfield and wife, Beth, all of Malvern, Ark.; seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by one step-son, Jerry Gulledge.

Funeral services were held at 1 p.m., Monday, July 31, at the Landess Funeral Home Chapel in Malden with the Revs. Mike and Earnest Puckett officiating.

Burial was in the Memorial Park Cemetery at Malden, Mo.
