Jeffery Brian McCormick, 42, of Bragg City, Mo., died Wednesday, July 12, 2006, at Pemiscot Memorial Hospital in Hayti, Mo.

Born April 1, 1964, in Paragould, Ark., son of Freda Killian McCormick and the late Woodrow McCormick, he was a farm laborer.

He married Deloris Glass, who survives.

Survivors also include two daughters, Rebecca Wrather of Kennett and Morgan Angel, of Holcomb; three sons, Jeffery Wrather and wife, Charity, Richard Wrather and Brian McCormick, all of Kennett; four step-sons, Ricky Lee Johnson and Derek Glass, both of Bragg City and Randy Dean and Keith Albert Johnson, both of Kennett; one step-daughter, Justa Berry, of Deering, Mo.; his mother, Freda McCormick, of Kennett; five sisters, Wanda Lawless and husband, Noel, Sandra Nelson and husband, Johnny, Linda Hickman and husband, Jessie and Brenda McCormick and Donna Beaver and husband, Bill, all of Kennett and several grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by one step-son, Ronnie Reeves and two brothers, Jimmy Dale and Ricky Joe McCormick.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m., Friday, July 14, at the Bradshaw Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. V.J. Brooks officiating.

Burial was in the Memorial Gardens Cemetery at Kennett.
