Mary Louise Wimberley, 93, of Gobler, Mo., died Monday July 10, at Gobler.
Born March 5, 1913, in Morris Chapel, Tenn., daughter of the late Lloyd Abe and Tiney Brooks Blankenship, she was a charter member of the Gobler Baptist Church.
On May 24, 1934, in Steele, Mo., she married Claud Wimberley, who preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by four brothers, Harry, Corney, Bill and Tom Blankenship and one sister, Abby Austin.
Survivors include two sons, Lloyd Wimberley and wife, Elsie, of Kennett and Harold Wimberley and wife, Donna, of Bragg City, Mo.; four daughters, Louberta Conrad, of Memphis, Tenn., Claudine Veleff and husband, Austin, of Germantown, Tenn., Phyllis Pritchett and husband, Dolph, of Kennett and Teresa Medenwald and husband, Greg, of Hattisburg, Miss.; one brother, Lloyd Blankenship, of Michie, Tenn.; one sister, Mattie Hughes, of Oshkosh, Wis.; 13 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., today, Wednesday, July 12, at the McDaniel Funeral Home in Kennett.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Thursday, July 13, at the McDaniel Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Greg Medenwald officiating.
Burial will follow in the Memorial Gardens Cemetery at Kennett.
Pallbearers are grandsons, Bobby Vanhoozer, A.J. Veleff, John Wimberley, Henry Moore, Brandon Burke and Chris Medenwald.
