Rev. Kullman Lackey, 72, of Malden, Mo., died Monday, June 26, 2006, at the Lutheran Hospital in Des Moines, Iowa.
Born Sept. 29, 1933, in Adkins, Ark., son of the late John Shelby and Lola Kendrick Lackey, he was an ordained Assembly of God minister and a member of the First Assembly of God in Malden.
On April 7, 1952, in Piggott, Ark., he married Rita Deloris Wadsworth, who preceded him in death on Dec. 21, 2004. He was also preceded in death by four sisters, Retha Williams, Atha and Virginia Lackey and Excine Stanridge; one half-sister, Jeanette; two brothers Norman and H.J. Lackey and one grandson, Matthew Stuckey.
Survivors include one son, Rev. Dwight Lackey and wife, Shari, of Runnells, Iowa; two daughters, Donna Stuckey and husband, David, of Flagstaff, Ariz., and Heather Green and husband, Tommy, of Pleasant Hill, Iowa; two brothers, John lackey, of Melbourn, Ark., and Edsel Lackey, of Gibson, Tenn.; three half-sisters, Shirley, Elizabeth Ann and Shelby Jean and one half-brother, Tommy.
Visitation will begin at 7 p.m., today, Wednesday, June 28, at the Bradshaw Funeral Home in Malden.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Thursday, June 29, at the First Assembly of God Church in Malden with the Rev. Dwight Lackey officiating.
Burial will follow in the Rosewood Cemetery at Malden.
