Martha Louise Bolan, 66, of Caruthersville, Mo., died Tuesday, June 20, 2006, at her residence.
Born May 23, 1940, in Memphis, Tenn., daughter of the late Russell and Florine Kolwyck Bolan, she was a home nurse and a member of the Kinfolks Ridge Baptist Church.
She married Carl Allen and Billy Kahl, who preceded her in death.
Survivors include three children Debra Ann Johnson and husband, Johnny B., and Martha Florine Morgan and husband, Randy, all of Caruthersville and Carl Allen and wife, Candy, of Pearl, Miss.; two sisters, Barbara Dickey, of Hayti, Mo., and Teresa Whitledge, of Michigan; two brothers, Russell Bolan, III, of Caruthersville and Russell Bolan, Jr., of Houston, Texas.; nine grandchildren, Penny Ann Sams, Sheena, Carla and Johnny Marie Johnson, John Eric and Jacob Lee Kahl, Bonnie Lynn Blakely, Misty Beckman and Adam Mayberry and four great-grandchildren, Autumn LeShay Sams, Josh Cecil, Anthony Blagg and Destiny Hobbs.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m., Friday, June 23, at the John W. German Funeral Home Chapel in Hayti with the Rev. Troy Alley officiating.
Burial was in the Little Prairie Cemetery at Caruthersville.
