Elvis Costephens, 91, of Holcomb, Mo., died Friday, June 2, 2006, at National HealthCare at Kennett.

Visitation is 6 p.m.-9 p.m. Sunday, June 4, at McDaniel Funeral Home in Kennett.

Funeral services are 1 p.m. Monday, June 5, at McDaniel Chapel with the Rev. James Robert, the Rev. Kenny Ford and John Liles officiating.

Burial will be in Oak Ridge Cemetery at Kennett.
