Leonard Owen Butler, 49, of Kennett, died Friday, June 2, 2006, at Twin Rivers Regional Medical Center in Kennett.

Visitation will be 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Monday, June 5, at the Bradshaw Funeral Home in Kennett.

Graveside services will be 1 p.m. Monday at Browns Chapel Cemetery at Paragould, Ark. with the Rev. Hubert Robinson officiating.
