Lorenia Mae Cato, 85, of Qulin, Mo., died Wednesday, May 31, 2006, at the General Baptist Nursing Home at Campbell, Mo.

Born May 26, 1921 at Qulin, a daughter of the late Alonzo Thomas Fonville Jr. and Rhoda Mae Jordan Fonville, she was a homemaker and member of First Assembly of God Church in Qulin.

On May 14, 1939 at Qulin, she married William Arthur Cato Sr. who preceded her in death July 28, 1989.

Survivors include two sons, William A. Cato and wife of McQueeny, Texas and Adruain Cato and wife of Bowling Green, Ky.; one daughter Dianne Allen and husband of Pevely, Mo., one sister, Georgetta Digby of Piggott, Ark.; eight grandchildren and w4 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by one daughter, Joetta Clements; three sisters and two brothers.

Visitation is 6 p.m.-8 p.m. today, Thursday, June 1, at Landess Funeral Home at Campbell.

Funeral services are 10 a.m. Friday, June 2, at the Landess Funeral Chapel with Gerald Berger officiating.

Burial will be in the Qulin Cemetery at Qulin.
