Born Sept. 18, 1914, at Bernie, a son of the late John Edmund and Martha Davenport Clement, he served in the U.S. Army Air Corps during World War II; a member of the Masonic Lodge 573 at Bernie; member of National Camping Methodist & Good Sam RV Club; a member of the Malden Methodist Church; and a former teacher and farmer.
On Oct. 7, 1945 at Great Falls, Mont. he married Lois Lorraine Moore, who survives.
Other survivors include one son, Michael Clement and wife, Lois, of Manchester, Mo., two daughters, Patricia Baker and husband, Ronald, of Florissant, Mo., and Dr. Kathi Clement of St. James, Mo.; four grandchildren, Kirk Baker of Chicago, Ill., Kristina Baker of Las Vegas, Nev., Ryan Clement of Kansas City, Kan. and Lauren Clement of Kansas City, Mo.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until time of services at 10:30 a.m. Friday, June 2, at Bradshaw Funeral Home at Malden. The Rev. Robert McNabb will officiate.
Burial, with military rites, will be in the Missouri Veterans Cemetery at Bloomfield, Mo.
The family suggests members to the Malden United Methodist Church.
