Lucille Tanner

Lucille Tanner, 87, of Campbell, Mo., died Sunday, May 14, 2006, at her residence.

Born April 10, 1919, in Holcomb, Mo., daughter of the late John Cleveland and Mazella Lee Bradshaw Sipes, she was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith.

In 1946, she married Charles Medford Randolph Tanner, who preceded her in death on March 13, 1970. She was also preceded in death by one son, Charles Junior Tanner and three brothers, Johnny Alford, Orville Lee and Willie Sipes.

Survivors include four daughters, Ruby Mae Lowrance, Betty A. Passley and Mary Jane Vanvacter, all of Campbell; seven grandchildren, Diane Tackett, Peggy Walker, Holly Skaggs, Charles Passley, Johnny Umfress, Rusty Vanvacter and Carrie Medlock; 13 great-grandchildren, Samantha Tackett, Michelle Keirsey, T.J. and Destine Walker, Shawn, Felicia and Devon Skaggs, Nathan and Brittney Shelton, Aden, Tally and Jordi Passley and Blake Robinson and two great-great-grandchildren, Logan and Alexis Keirsey.

Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., today, Tuesday, May 16, at the Landess Funeral Home in Campbell.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Wednesday, May 17, at the Landess Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. John Medlcok officiating.

Burial will follow in the Stanfield Cemetery at Clarkton, Mo.
