Eva Teeters Dement, 79, of St. Louis, Mo., formerly of Malden, Mo., died Thursday, May 11, 2006 in St. Louis.
Born February 19, 1927, in Malden, she was the daughter of the late John Thomas and Audie Hogg Kinder, and she was a homemaker and member of the First General Baptist Church in Malden.
She was married to Glendle Teeters, who preceded her in death. She was married to Ray Dement, who also preceded her in death.
Survivors include two daughers, Barbara Clark, of Arnold, Mo., and Brenda Havens and husband, Bill, of Springfield, Mo., four step-daughters, Pam Hogan and husband, Mike, of Trumann, Ark., Charlotte Land and husband, Phillip, of Bay, Ark., Carole Mayes and husband, Charles, of Parma, Mo., and Vickie Iversen, of Woodlands, Tex., three step-sons, Eddie Williams and wife, Lynn, of Jonesboro, Ark., Dell Williams, of Tulsa, Okla., and Don Teeters and wife, Cornelia, of Myrtle Beach, S.C., three grandchildren, Matt Clark, Erick Havens, and Cindy Clark, one great-son, Cameron Havens, three brothers, Dale Kinder, of Bowling Green, Mo., Roy Kinder, of Flat Rock, Mich., and Glen Kinder, of Fisher, Ill., two sisters, Dorothy blalock, of Springdale, Ark. and Janice Blalock, of Malden, Mo.
She was preceded in death by one grandson, Brian Preston Havens, and one sister, Thelma Losh.
Visitation was from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Friday, May 12, 2006, at the Landess Funeral Home in Malden, Mo.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, May 13, 2206, at the Landess Funeral Home, officiated by Rev. David Wigger.
Burial was at the Memorial Park Cemetery in Malden, Mo.
