Judson Goodrich

Judson Goodrich, 89, of Bragg City, Mo., died Tuesday, May 9, 2006, at Bragg City.

Born Dec. 13, 1916, in Bono, Ark., son of the late Dan and Mary Lou Hargrove Goodrich, he was a U.S. Army veteran, having served in WWII and a farmer. He was a member and deacon of the Bragg City Baptist Church, member of Bragg City Lions Club and Woodman of the World.

On Nov. 4, 2005, in Kennett, he married Glenis Olita Cason, who survives.

Survivors also include three sisters, Louise McPeters, of Festus, Mo., Vaudine Jackson, of Dexter, Mo., and Polly Sisson, of Kennett and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by one brother, Ben Goodrich and one sister, Helen Inman.

Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., today, Thursday, May 11, at the McDaniel Funeral Home in Kennett.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Friday, May 12, at the McDaniel Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. H.L. Brooks officiating.

Burial will follow in the Memorial Gardens Cemetery at Kennett.

Pallbearers are Don Goodrich, Mike Goodrich, Tommy Sisson, Billy Inman, Danny Sisson and Barry Tate.

Honorary pallbearers are Jimmy McPeters and Kenneth Inman.

Memorials may be made to the Bragg City Baptist Church.
