Peggy Earnheart

Peggy Luciell Earnheart, 65, of Malden, Mo., died Sunday, April 23, 2006, at her residence.

Born Dec. 29, 1940, in Leachville, Ark., daughter of the late Alvis and Ivy Jewell Lindsley Earnheart, she attended Spoonerville Baptist Church in Malden.

In July 1963, in Oregon, Ill., she married Harvey Edward Lewis, who preceded her in death on April 3, 2000. She was also preceded in death by one sister, Loretta Ligons.

Survivors include one son, Christopher Lewis, of Harpoon, Fla.; two daughters, Lisa Lewis, of Oregon, Ill., and Ethel Lewis, of Dixon, Ill.; two step-sons, Karl Lewis, of Oregon, Ill., and Edward Lewis, of Milledgeville, Ill.; two brothers, Kenneth and A.J. Earnheart, both of Malden; 12 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be from noon to 2 p.m., Thursday, April 27, at the Bradshaw Funeral Home in Malden.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Thursday, April 27, at the Bradshaw Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Richard Blagg officiating.

Burial will follow in the Stanfield Cemetery at Clarkton, Mo.
