William C. Stephenson, 92, of St. Louis, Mo., died Wednesday, April 5, 2006, at Lemay Care Center in St. Louis.

Born Nov. 7, 1913, in Wardell, Mo., son of the late Wilford and Matilda Lane Stephenson, he was employed at Hagen Hinge Co., in St. Louis.

Survivors include one son, Larry Stephenson and wife, Charlene, of Connorsville, Mo.; two daughters, Jean Green and husband, Don, of Dexter, Mo., and Barbara Almy, of Venice, Fla.; two adopted children, Dwight and Jane Cavins; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by one daughter, Joy Karnes.

Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., today, Friday, April 7, at the Kutis Funeral Home in St. Louis.

Funeral services will be held at 7 p.m., Friday, April 7, at the Kutis Funeral Home Chapel in St. Louis with Bro. Dwight Cavins, Jr., officiating.

Burial will be in the Mounds Park Cemetery at Lilbourn, Mo.

Bradshaw Funeral Home in Malden is in charge of local arrangements.
