James Auzy Brandon, 68, of Piedmont, Missouri, formerly of Campbell, Missouri, died Thursday, March 23, 2006, at The Manor of Poplar Bluff, Missouri.

Born September 10, 1937 in Malden, Missouri, he was the son of the late Fred and Opal Provance Brandon, and he was a veteran of the United States Army, and a member of the Campbell American Legion Post 109. He was a retired mechanic from Bodine Factory. He was of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include one daughter, Deborah Brandon of Florissant, Missouri, three grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, one step-daughter, Becky, of Arkansas and Patrick Day of Arkansas, three sisters, and one brother.

He was preceded in death by one sister and two brothers.

There will be no visitation services.

Funeral services will be graveside at 2 p.m., Tuesday, March 28, 2006, at the Bloomfield Veteran's Cemetery in Bloomfield, Missouri, with burial to follow.
