David Russell Woodham, 58, of Tampa, Fla., died Tuesday, Feb. 7, 2006, at University Hospital in Tampa.

Born Dec. 3, 1947, in Flint, Mich., he was the son of the late Gene and Alice Higham Woodham.

Survivors include one son, Jerry Woodham, of Thonotasusa, Fla.; two daughters, Stephanie Crabtree, of Owensboro, Ky., and Stephanie Tew, of Cape Girardeau, Mo.; one brother, Bill Woodham, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., and six grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by one daughter, Staci Ann Woodham.

Visitation will begin at noon Saturday, Feb. 11, at the Bradshaw Funeral Home in Malden, Mo.

Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 11, in the Memorial Park Cemetery at Malden.
