Billie Elsie Dye Elder, 70, of Campbell, Mo., died Friday, Jan. 20, 2006, at the Methodist University Hospital in Memphis, Tenn.
Born March 18, 1935, in Hells Beginning, Mo., daughter of the late William Tedford and Elsie Davenport Dye, she was a homemaker.
On Jan. 12, 1952, in Campbell, she married Donnie Gene Elder, who survives.
Survivors also include five daughters, Peggy Largent and husband, Red, of Pang Buryn, Ark., Debra Specht and husband, Jeff, of Memphis, Darla Pease and husband, David, of Flint, Mich., Kathy Oliver and husband, John, of Newalla, Okla., and Donna Chew and husband, Charly, of Wrightstown, N.J.; three sisters, Peggy Keel, of North Jackson, Ohio, Sandy Gardner and husband, Donnie, of Rapid River, Mich., and Beverly Maxwell and husband, Larry, of Omar, Mich.; seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. today, Tuesday, Jan. 24, at the Landess Funeral Home Chapel in Campbell with Jeff Specht officiating.
Burial was in the Woodlawn Cemetery, Landess Addition in Campbell.
