Wilma Moody, 81, of Malden, Mo., died Thursday, Jan. 12, 2006, at Oak Dale Care Center in Poplar Bluff, Mo.

Born June 1, 1924, in Campbell, Mo., daughter of the late William Edgar and Maudie Melvina Underwood Price, she was a homemaker and a baby sitter. She was a member of the First General Baptist Church in Malden.

On Jan. 10, 1943, in Malden, she married Urban Wayne Moody, who preceded her in death on Dec. 21, 2002. She was also preceded in death by two brothers, Zeffie and Johnny Price and one sister, Lola McGill.

Survivors include two daughters, Janice Divine and husband, Mike, of Polar Bluff and Sharon Lee and husband, Larry, of Stover, Mo.; two sons, Bill Moody and wife, Pamela, of Oklahoma City, Mo., and Mark Moody, of Springfield, Mo.; six grandchildren, Heather Davis, Nicholas Divine, Chris, Craig and Corey Lee and Robbie Moody and eight great-grandchildren, Trenton and Logan Davis, Dustin, Chelsea, Chris, Connor and Amanda Lee and Caleb Moody.

Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. today, Friday, Jan. 13, at the Landess Funeral Home in Malden.

Funeral services will be held at 3:30 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 14, at the Landess Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Bill Moody and Howard Winberry officiating.

Burial will follow at the Memorial Park Cemetery in Malden.
