Cyril V. Austill, 80, of Malden, Mo., died Thursday, Nov. 24, 2005, at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center in Poplar Bluff, Mo.

Born Oct. 29, 1925, in Octa, Mo., son of the late Claude and Cora Belle Austill, he was a U.S. Marine Corps and Air Force veteran.

He married Peggy McGill, who preceded him in death.

Survivors include two daughters; one son; two sisters; seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were private.

Burial was in the Elder Cemetery at Campbell, Mo.

Landess Funeral Home of Malden was in charge of arrangements.
