Carolyn Bazzell Crawford, 62, of Hornersville, Mo., died Sunday, Dec. 4, 2005, at Twin Rivers Regional Medical Center in Kennett.

Born March 13, 1943, in St. Louis, Mo., she was the daughter of the late Mr. Bazzell and Georgia Husketh Bazzell.

On April 3, 1961, in Poplar Bluff, she married Raymond Crawford, who preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by one brother, Bob Bazzell and father, Emil Bud Dietze.

Survivors include one son, Raymond L. Crawford Jr., and wife, Tammy, of Steele, Mo.; four daughters, Ellen Janice Harris and husband, Jerry, of Stockton, Calif., Lisa Coleman and husband, Chris, and Melissa Krech, both of Hornersville and Jill Crawford, of Kingsport, Tenn.; two sisters, Barbara Fracis, of Poplar Bluff and Cheryl Hunter, of Tennessee; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 7, at the First Baptist Church in Hornersville with the Rev. Kevin Knox officiating.

Burial was in the Horner Cemetery at Hornersville.

Pallbearers were John Gozell, Todd Fouts, Claudie Burns, Ray Rickman, Bobby L. Coleman and David Powell.

McDaniel Funeral Home of Hornersville was in charge of arrangements.
