Ronald Edward Hasty, 66, of Piggott, Ark., died Wednesday, Nov. 30, 2005, at the Piggott Community Hospital.

Born Sept. 25, 1939, in Middle Brooke, Mo., son of the late Jake and Gertrude Hasty, he was employed at Wise in Piggott and was of the Baptist faith.

On Oct. 28, 1972, in St. Louis, Mo., he married Margie Kinney, who survives.

Survivors also include two sons, David Satterfield, of Dallas, Texas and Steve Satterfield, of Piggott; two daughters, Brenda Satterfield, of Fairdealing, Mo., and Melinda Satterfield, of Salem, Mo.; three sisters, Irene and husband, Raymond, Cathy and Janie; four grandchildren, Jason, Crystal, David and Steven Satterfield, all of Texas and two great-grandchildren, Sebastian and Jordan Satterfield, both of Texas.

He was preceded in death by two brothers.

Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. today, Friday, Dec. 2, at the Landess Funeral Home in Campbell, Mo.
