Delora Sticht

Delora Fern Sticht, 92, of Malden, Mo., died Monday, Nov. 14, 2005, at the Malden Nursing Center.

Born Oct. 20, 1913, in Kansas City, Mo., daughter of the late John R. and Zoa E. Henry Crosswhite, she was a nurses aide. She was a member of the Grace Lutheran Church in Malden, Malden Culture Club, Lutheran Women's Missionary League and a 4-H Club leader.

On April 19, 1936, in Cape Girardeau, Mo., she married Louis August Sticht, who preceded her in death in April, 1965. She was also preceded in death by three sisters, Alice Reed, Jackie Crosswhite and Cora Mae Townsend.

Survivors include one daughter, Ruth Sutton, of Malden; one sister, Ruth Robert, of Newton, Ill.; two grandchildren, Randall Sutton, of Malden and Terri Sanders, of Olathe, Kan., and two great-grandchildren, Emma and Bryson Sanders.

Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. today, Tuesday, Nov. 15, at the Landess Funeral Home in Malden.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 16, at the Landess Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Benjamin Meyer officiating.

Burial will follow at the Salem Lutheran Cemetery in Farrar, Mo.
