Paul Dean Carter

Paul Dean Carter, 66, of Kennett, died Tuesday, Nov. 8, 2005, at Jonesboro, Ark.

Born May 31, 1939, in Kennett, son of the late Delbert and Francis Williams Carter, he was a crop insurance adjuster and a member of the First Baptist Church in Holcomb, Mo.

On Nov. 7, 1959, he married Joann Hall Carter, who survives. Survivors also include one son, Greg Stephen Carter, of Navarre, Fla.; one daughter, Angela Carter Smith, of Jonesboro; two brothers, Jerry Carter and Danny Carter, both of Kennett; two grandchildren, Tisha Henderson and Jacob Smith and two great-grandchildren, Danielle and Westin Dean Henderson.

Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. today, Friday, Nov. 11, at the McDaniel Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Randy Vaughn officiating.

Burial was in the Memorial Gardens Cemetery at Kennett.

Pallbearers were Gene Sanchez, Ronnie Cross, J.T. Moody, Charles Ross and Mark and David Blakemore.
