James Cheesebrew

James Van "Missouri Jim" Cheesebrew, 60, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., died Tuesday, Nov. 8, 2005, at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center.

Born June 25, 1945, in Ft. Wayne, Ind., son of the late John Lindell and Olene Lindley Cashion, he was a mechanic.

He married Shirl Rush, who survives.

Survivors also include three sons, Jerry Van Cheesebrew, of Poplar Bluff, James Eric Cheesebrew, of California and Johnny Lee Cheesebrew, of Texas and one sister, Cheryl Golden, of Texas.

Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. today, Thursday, Nov. 10, at the Landess Funeral Home in Campbell, Mo.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Nov. 11, at the Landess Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Danny Collins officiating.
