Martha Cook, 81, of St. Charles, Mo., died Tuesday, Nov. 8, 2005, at Mt. Carmel Nursing Home in St. Charles.

Visitation will begin at 6 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 10, at the Bradshaw Funeral Home in Malden.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Nov. 11, at the Bradshaw Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. James Hamlett officiating.

Burial will follow at the Memorial Park Cemetery in Malden.
