James A. Foster, 75, of Rector, Ark., died Monday, Oct. 17, 2005, at his residence.
Born July 4, 1930, in Ridgely, Tenn., he was the son of the late Lenord and Ruth Taylor Foster.
On Dec. 22, 1979, in Hammond, Ind., he married Blythe Henson, who survives.
Survivors also include two sons, Clifton Southard, of Senath, Mo., and Winiford Southard, of Rector; one daughter, Carla Southard, of Hammond, Ind., and 11 grandchildren, Gensis, Clifton Jr., Christopher, David, Rebecca, Ziekle, Sorienty Southard, James Raschke, Samantha Mason, Scotty and Jamie.
He was preceded in death by one brother, Leonard Foster.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. today, Thursday, Oct. 20, at the McDaniel Funeral Home Chapel in Senath with Bishop Peter Cawthorn officiating.
Burial was in the Senath Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Chuck Henson, Jimmy Turner, Johnny Chamberland, Lloyd Von Busch, Richard Johnson and Steven Wolfenbarger.
