Herman Lee Stacy, 67, of Leachville, Ark., died Monday, Oct. 17, 2005, at St. Bernards Regional Medical Center in Jonesboro, Ark.
Son of the Mattie Copeland Thomas and the late Jefferson Leon Stacy, he was a farmer.
Survivors include one son, James Lee Stacy, of Cardwell, Mo.; two daughters, Doris Jean Morris, of Paragould, Ark., and Teresa Jean Johnson, of Leachville; his mother, Mattie Copeland Thomas, of Blackshear, Ga.; two brothers, Leroy Thomas, of Mancelona, Mich., and Theodore Thomas, of Lunsford, Ark.; three sisters, Lydia Thrift, of Waycross, Ga., and Nellie Swain and Susan Albretton, both of Blackshear; five grandchildren, Shona Johnson Fry, Joshua Stacy, Frankie Pierce III, Christy Pierce and Kayla Stacy and one great-grandchild, Chloe Pierce.
He was preceded in death by one brother, Thomas Leo White.
Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. today, Wednesday, Oct. 19, at the Howard Funeral Home in Leachville.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 20, at the Howard Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Eddie Hawkins officiating.
Burial will follow in the Leachville Cemetery.
