Jimmie A. Hayes, 75, of Kennett, died Sunday Sept. 19, 2005, at National Health Care in Kennett.

Born August 16, 1930, in Piggott, Ark., he was a son of the late Guy and Virgie Hayes.

Survivors include one son, Jimmie A. Hayes, of Taylor, Mich.; one daughter, Deborah Morningstar, of Sandusky, Mich.; two brothers, Bill Hayes, of Westminster, Calif., and Randal Hayes, of Lake Havasu, Calif.; one sister, Maxine Hall, of Kennett; six grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by two brothers, Hessie and Dewey Hayes and two sisters, Genevieve Goodrich and Wyegsman Russell.

A memorial service is to be set at a later date.

Bradshaw Funeral Home of Kennett is in charge of arrangements.
