Helen Marjorie "Marge" Keen, 81, died Sept. 29, 2005, at NHC Healthcare of Kennett.

Born July 8, 1924, in Kennett, a daughter of the late Roy L. and Tillie M. McCoy Patrick, she worked at several local businesses before retiring and was a member of First Baptist Church of Hayti.

On Dec. 21, 1948, in Piggott, Ark., she married Robert W. "Bud" Keen who preceded her in death on Aug. 3, 1970. She was also preceded in death by a sister, Nora Pavatt and a brother, Walter Patrick.

Survivors include one son, Robert Keen of Hayti and one sister, Nancy Moore of Senatobia, Miss.

Funeral services were 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 1, at John W. German Funeral Home Chapel in Hayti with Dr. Mike Melton officiating.

Burial was in Woodlawn Cemetery at Hayti.

Pallbearers were Randall Waltrip, Victor Sample, Tony Sample, Mike Thomas, Timmy McCrary and Marty Metzger Jr.
