Dale Ogden, 69, of Gideon, Mo., died Friday, Sept. 23, 2005, at National Health Care in Kennett.

Born July 30, 1936, in Bragg City, Mo., son of the late Alfred Lester Ogden and Ura Lovie Hammett, he was a U.S. Army veteran, an electrician and a Mason.

Survivors include two sons, David Ogden and wife, Tiffany, of Kennett and Randy Ogden and wife, Karen, of Malden, Mo.; four brothers, Charles, Lester, William and Cecil Ogden; two sisters, Betty Goings and Lena Mae Ice and three grandchildren, Tammy and Susan Ogden, both of Malden and David Ogden, of Sikeston, Mo.

He was preceded in death by one sister, Evalene Young and five brothers, Cleo and Ross Wright and Dallas, Sherman and Luther Ogden.

Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 28, at the Landess Funeral Home Chapel in Malden with the Rev. Richard Blagg officiating.
