Betty Sue Cooper Kaiser, 70, of Jonesboro, Ark., died Monday, Sept. 19, 2005, at her residence.
Born Feb. 10, 1935, in Marmaduke, Ark., daughter of the late Joseph Arnold and Ina L. Newsom Cooper, she was a 1952 graduate of Kennett High School and was employed at the Craighead County Treasurers Office. She was a member of the Highland Drive Baptist Church.
Survivors include one son, Joseph Don Kaiser, of Jonesboro; two brothers, Kenneth Cooper, of Jonesboro and Chester Cooper, of Florissant, Mo.; one sister, Vera Craft, of Kennett and one grandson, Carter Don Kaiser.
Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. today, Wednesday, Sept. 21, at the Roller-Farmers Union Funeral Home in Jonesboro.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 22, at the Roller- Farmers Union Chapel with Dr. Johnny Hutchison officiating.
Burial will follow at the Trinity Cemetery in Bono, Ark.
Pallbearers will be Chuck Kaiser, Floyd Bonham, Carl Wolford, Bob Parham, Jerry Adams and Lonnie Talbert.
Memorials may be made to the Highland Drive Baptist Church Building Fund or charity of choice.
